Personal data of the association’s customers is used for the purposes of association activities, communication, and the management of customer relationships.
5. Contents of the Register
Information on services ordered by the customer and service delivery, as well as data required for invoicing and communication, such as name, email address, phone number, and postal address.
6. Sources of Personal Data
Customer data is collected based on information provided by the customers.
7. Disclosure of Data and Transfers to Third Countries or International Organizations
Data is not disclosed outside the EU or EEA, nor to international organizations.
8. Data Protection Principles
a) manual materials
All manual materials are stored in locked premises. Only designated persons who require the data for work-related or business-related tasks have access to the materials.
b) digital materials
Electronic data is stored on a server that requires password authentication. Data collected through the website system is accessible only via password-protected login. Access to personal data is restricted to individuals who require it for work-related or business-related duties. Service providers of electronic systems (e.g., work time tracking systems, tax reporting systems, etc.) are responsible for data security and lawful data retention.
9. Rights of the Data Subject
The data subject may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link included in the newsletter.
The data subject has the right to:
- Review the personal data recorded of them in the register
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of their data from the register
- Restrict the processing of their data
- Transfer their data from one system to another
